  I bought a Groupon for a hot stone massage to try this spa since it's near to me and I am looking for a good spa to frequent. When I arrived the staff was friendly, however I waited over 30 minutes because the prior customer was not finished. My hot stone massage was not relaxing at all. The headrest kept tilting down and although the masseuse tried adjusting it, i ending up leaving the spa with neck pain. The massage itself was with very quick and short strokes and it seemed like the masseuse was fumbling with the stones. The room was right behind the front desk and the walls/ceilings are not closed off so you can hear the phone ringing and the staff talking. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant experience.
